Face fat is one of the reason why people starts crawing for jawline and other facial features mostly in teenagers and adults.

Over eating and lack of exercise results in face fat orbody fat whatever you experience early. Well face fat may look cute sometimes but extra sharp features on face is still a necessity in this 21st century.

So today I will be discussing 5 mindblowing ways to reduce your face fat at home

1. Do Fish Face Exercise

Do Fish face exercise 2 time a day i.e after waking up and before going for sleep. This exercise will push your cheeks to the extent and helps your face to stretch.

2. Take Balanced diet and Nutrition

Having a balanced diet in a day will help you in many possible ways like less laziness, active mind, more energetic and high productivity. Usually what happens is when you keep on working all day and take meals on inappropriate time then fat occurs and slowly it start showing on the face.

3. Drink More and More Water

More water more hyderation! Simple rule, by keeping yourself hydrated helps you to make your body free from bacteria and harmful oxidants present in your body from outside food and lack of exercise. Drinking lots of water in a day also helps you to redcue your face fat.

4. Start Doing Facial Exercises

If you experience your chin started dropping down then its time to start doing facial exercise like chin lifting, lip pulling, mouthwash, etc. These all exercises will help you stretch your face and make your chin curved and sexy like zayn malik or brad pitt whosoever you are obsessed of ;)

5. Stop Looking for Alcohol

As you know alcohol will make your body dehydrated and to reduce face fat you must be hydrated in all ways. So taking a break from alcohol for some time will make your face looks sharp and attractive. For instance I have drank 2 glasses of water while reading this article, amazing? Ya I know!
